The comment about the sudden ending – he probably didn't get a full download. This is a big file. First time I tried I only got about half of it, second attempt it all came down.

Wow, I'm still listening to it. It's really good. Thanks. See, yesterday night I went out with like 5 girls.. And there was this Irish beauty before yesterday in a bar in Amsterdam; and it was really cool – I mean, it was cliche cool. But it wasn't as awesome as I'd wish it to be. I mean, I was trying to give, but I didn't feel like I had it; and now I got it – it's because i was just kissing her, i should've been talking to her – but I wasn't trusting 'the mechanism'. Brilliant. Makes me feel stupid. haha. But I guess that happens often to a bunch of guys. This is great; but what I noticed is that, as much as I'm in the mood, and I do some right things and they make me feel good, like, there's always (maybe not), but generally there's something that makes me feel kind of distant. It's just that part that's making me jiterry – but I guess it'll be over when I start popping the smiles (truth is I do; mabye I'm asking for too much…). So what do you think? Oh yeah, and I forgot to get the Irish girl's phone number. And that dissapointed me; 'cause I thought there was something there.

Carlos, you're the man I need to talk to seriously . My luck with women has finally ran out . I'm in the Army, I recently came back form basic training and all types of individual training. I feel like the Army took my swagger and left me , an emotionless body I feel little compassion for anybody. I still chill with some of my old friends but that not the point I need some extreme help on talking to women I feel like everthing has been taking from me. I was once able to just look at a beautiful female 5mins. she was giving me here number now Im so nervous I cant even speak to one Im so nervous I dont know how to solve this problem help me out .

Phil, Been there, done that, read that novel wayyy to many times. No offense dude but this girl is treating you this way because you allow it. Yeap! I said it, sorry pal, your allowing her to disrepect you. This is definitly not the kinda of woman you want in your life. Chances are she "emails" and texts you whenever she hits a low point in her mood and knows you'll validate her ego. My general rule with these types of situations are "if you have to ask, chances are that you know the answer". You probably should cut this girl off.

Hi Carlos, love your advice!
Listen, I have a question that I don't think you've answered.
When is the right time to cut your loss on a girl who just wants to e-mail you. She tells you she wants to visit (she lives 3 hours away) but always find a reason to flake off. We still write e-mails back and forth almost everyday, but i'm thinking she's accepting me as just a form of fantasy. And this is frustrating to me. Now i've had this kind of "relationship" with other girls where we just exchange e-mails. But it almost always fell. So when is the deadline time since you start e-mailing a girl for cutting your loss? Hope you understand what i'm talking about. This has been frustrating for my dating life since college time.

Carlos thanks for posting the interview with Lance. The change in mindset is what many guys have yet to accomplish and remove the pressure from themselves. I don't sarge anymore. I reframed it into something that makes me totally competent,confident, and cool. I simply call it"good vibrations." It totally improve my learning curve. Peace,lvoe and succe SS
