I was recently reviewing the principles in the late Dr. Steven Covey\u2019s book \u201cThe 7 Habits of Highly Effective People,\u201d when it struck me that there are also consistent habits of the Alpha Male as well.<\/p>\n
I realize that becoming an Alpha Male has become a mantra throughout nearly everything that you\u2019ve been reading about the art of attraction.\u00a0 It\u2019s something that you want to develop not only to be more successful with women \u2013 but more importantly, to create a life that you and everyone that cares about you can be proud of.<\/p>\n
After all, being successful with women is really only a perquisite of developing these traits.\u00a0 There are so many other benefits that come with constantly striving to be the best you can be.<\/p>\n
If you want to be able to develop these traits and start using them as quickly as possible, I thought it would be useful to condense and summarize them for you in order to make it easier for you to create that laser-like focus in order to accomplish this.<\/p>\n
If you want to be attractive to as many women as possible and create a life you can be proud of, and not live a life of quiet desperation \u2013 you can use your sex drive to accomplish this.\u00a0\u00a0 Just like anything in life \u2013 if you want it bad enough \u2013 you can develop these traits.<\/p>\n
Since the desire to have sex with beautiful women is most likely the strongest motivational force we have, you should use it to inspire you to be the best you can be \u2013 and develop that inner strength and confidence that women are attracted to.<\/p>\n
Women are hard wired \u2013 or genetically programmed to seek out the strongest or stronger males in the herd in order to promote the survival of their offspring.\u00a0 It\u2019s something that is irresistible to them \u2013 just as great tits, a tight ass and a beautiful face are to you.<\/p>\n
And like anything in life \u2013 you can deliberately learn and develop these skills with the right information, determination and desire.\u00a0 You don\u2019t need to look like \u201cThe Rock\u201d or the Terminator to achieve it either.<\/p>\n
Here are the 9 habits of the successful Alpha Male:<\/p>\n
1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Alpha Male respects himself:<\/strong><\/p>\n a.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He continuously strives to be the best he can be physically, spiritually, emotionally and financially<\/p>\n b.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He prides himself on being confident, competent and capable<\/p>\n c.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He constantly feeds his mind positive, useful information which he uses to help and contribute to others and society<\/p>\n 2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Alpha Male respects others, and doesn’t allow others to disrespect him<\/strong><\/p>\n a.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He treats everyone with respect and he doesn’t allow others to disrespect him.\u00a0 He stands up for what is right<\/p>\n b.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He surrounds himself with the best people he can<\/p>\n c.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He avoids negative and disrespectful people, and confronts them when necessary<\/p>\n 3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Alpha Male has a commanding presence \u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n a.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He commands his body and posture to move like an Alpha Male \u2013 standing, sitting, walking, , talking, relaxing etc.<\/p>\n b.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He uses his voice like an Alpha Male, by filling his lungs before speaking and talking, he pronounces his words clearly and with conviction – and only swears or curses when appropriate or necessary<\/p>\n c.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He uses eye contact to convey confidence and certainty when communicating with others<\/p>\n Once you start carrying yourself with that air of confident masculinity, women will notice you and give you unmistakable body language signals to let you know that they are interested in you, and that if you approach them \u2013 they will welcome you.<\/p>\n Then, approaching them doesn\u2019t feel so awkward \u2013 in fact it\u2019s not uncommon for them to start approaching you.\u00a0 It all starts with your attitude, mindset and energy that you exude.<\/p>\n In my next article, I will show you how you can use Dr. Covey\u2019s 7 principles to be successful with women.<\/p>\n
