The most common place to meet people is at a bar (duh).<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: both;\">I find it rather funny that so many people claim that they can\u2019t meet high quality mates in bars. After all you are there too, right?! But that shouldn\u2019t be the sole place to meet women and friends; bars are the easiest because so many people go there \u2013 and while they are out, they\u2019re looking to be social and have fun. I don\u2019t even drink that much, and I still enjoy meeting women in bars.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: both;\">Now that I\u2019ve dispelled the opinion that no quality people can be found at bars, where do I go to meet women?<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: both;\">The answer is easy: OUTSIDE MY HOME. I simply walk out the door and there\u2019s a whole world of people there just waiting to meet me. I\u2019ve met women at the train stop, on the bus, at Target, at a coffee shop, even when I\u2019m in line at the DMV. The list goes on. I don\u2019t go anywhere special to \u2018meet\u2019 women; I just <em>live fully<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: both;\">The notion of going to certain places to meet women is symptomatic of a larger issue. When a guy is asking where to go, the underlying problem is that he is too short-sighted on the symptom, which is very erroneous. Guys should be going out just meeting <strong>everyone<\/strong>, half of which will be women. Take a step back and see the big picture.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: both;\">But let\u2019s say you still aren\u2019t buying in to the notion that everywhere outside of your apt\/home\/bedroom, there are people literally waiting to meet you. The question then to ask is \u201cWhat are my interests?\u201d Even if you\u2019re a World of Warcraft junkie, you can still go to a LAN party to meet people, albeit probably not many women. But even the guys you meet have friends of the female persuasion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: both;\">Comics are your interest? Go to a comic convention or comic shops. Go read your comics someplace outside of your living room and you\u2019re sure to notice someone taking interest in what you are doing. The answer to the underlying problem is that you are doing what you enjoy doing \u2013 and people, especially women, love to see the passion for it! I think most guys would be surprised that women enjoy many of the \u201cgeeky\u201d things that guys like.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: both;\">I read a recent statistic that puts as many women online playing video games as men.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: both;\"><em>Meet-up Group<\/em>: Try on this idea \u2013 a bunch of people looking to enjoy their favorite activity with other, like-minded people. I joined a meet-up group for motorcyclists and ended up with 25 other people. Enjoy foosball, tennis, table tennis or maybe even something outside the volley sports? There are sure to be other people with the exact same interests.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: both;\"><em>`<\/em>. This spring I started running 5k\u2019s and met several people just by picking up running. This applies to darts, bowling, pool, bocce ball and virtually ANYTHING.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: both;\">The bottom line is that guys just have to put themselves out there. I noticed when I offer myself to the fullest extent, I meet an insane amount of people, again half of them women.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: both;\">You can put yourself \u2018out there\u2019 in two ways: doing the things you already love to do, or trying something new. Now, get out there and offer women the opportunity to meet you!<br \/>\n______________________<br \/>\n<strong>CARLOS XUMA COMMENTS:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: both;\">Here\u2019s a crazy idea for all you guys with a real set of balls:<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: both;\">Hold a \u201cdate my ex\u201d party. Invite 3 of your ex girlfriends (that you\u2019re still on speaking terms with) \u2013 and introduce them to your friends.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: both;\">Just because she didn\u2019t work out for you doesn\u2019t mean she won\u2019t for someone else.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: both;\">Oh, if you\u2019re still attracted to your ex, don\u2019t invite her.
