Hey Carlos,<\/p>\n

I have purchased your ‘Bad Boy formula<\/a>‘ course and I’m going through it now…<\/p>\n

Are there daily practice exercises that a person should do that will enable him to cultivate the alpha bad boy traits<\/a> in his personality?<\/p>\n

CARLOS ANSWERS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Well, James, I give a lot of exercises in the lock & load formulas part of the Bad Boy Formula program<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

There are over 30 of them in the program, and I’d say start there.<\/p>\n

But there are small things you can do to cultivate that attitude that I do all the time.<\/p>\n

Here’s one that I like to practice, because it seems easy at first. It can be challenging for some guys, yet still do-able.<\/p>\n

When you’re out and about during the day – or whenever you find yourself around people at random – do this:<\/p>\n

1) As you pass by a woman, attractive or not, make eye contact.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2) Keep your gaze soft. (i.e., look non-threatening)<\/strong><\/p>\n

3) Don’t smile.<\/strong><\/p>\n

4) Don’t turn your head, just keep your eyes focused on hers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

5) Keep eye contact with her until she looks away from you.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The first couple times you do this, you’ll probably look away the first time she meets your gaze. It’s a reflex reaction left over from your nice guy fears of being “caught” or that there’s something wrong with her noticing your interest.<\/p>\n

You should make it a point to do this with women that you don’t find attractive.<\/p>\n

“But – wait… Carlos, that makes no sense at all. Why would I want to flirt like this with a woman I’m not interested in.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Because guys have this weird boundary they draw in their head between women they want, and women they don’t want.<\/p>\n

They load up all these expectations and importance around the women they find attractive. It creates a ton of anxiety.<\/p>\n

With women you’re not as interested in, it’s not a big deal. Hence, you’ll find it easier to “warm up” this way.<\/p>\n

And think about it this way: If you can’t do this little exercise with women you AREN’T<\/strong> intimidated by, what’s going to happen when you see a woman that does make you a bit nervous?<\/p>\n

Yeah. You’ll choke.<\/p>\n

So trust your Sensei on this one…<\/p>\n

Go out and practice some piercing eye contact. You’ll be amazed at how you feel after you get a few smiles. It’s a BIG<\/strong> bolt of courage when you pull it off and realize YOU<\/strong> are in control.<\/p>\n
