Other than a lack of self-confidence, few things will turn a woman off faster than a man who has no clue what he is doing in the bedroom. Sex is a subject in which you, as a MAN, need to be well versed.<\/p>\n

Especially in a long term relationship that can tend to grow stale over time. Having strong sexual skills from the very start can get you, and keep you, a happy and healthy love life.<\/p>\n

The problem is, who\u2019s teaching us? Where do you learn these skills? When I was coming of age, there was public school and Dr. Ruth. In school, I think I learned what an ovary was. No matter how much \u201cSex Ed\u201d a school gets into, they will never teach you how to please a woman, that is not their purpose anyway.<\/p>\n

So I learned from trial and error and what my, just as clueless, classmates pieced together for me. Although I do have to thank a lovely young lady in high school who taught me many things. And Dr. Ruth is a shrinking 85 year old now.<\/p>\n

Nothing more off-putting than having your grandma tell you how to get her rocks off, and most of you probably have no idea who she is anyway.<\/p>\n

Another problem we face – our own egos. We think we know what we are doing because, hey, we\u2019ve been with a woman or three, right? So what. You do know that upwards of 80-90% of all women fake orgasms frequently right?<\/p>\n

And as I have been told by several women, the other 10-20% are lying. There are many reasons they do this. Sometimes they just want it over with, because the man is clumsy and clueless. Or maybe they love him, but they don\u2019t want to hurt his feelings. Possibly they have their own issues and have a hard time getting there (Your knowledge would go a long way toward helping them).<\/p>\n

Sadly, most men do not realize that they have a problem, or the techniques that will remedy the situation. Think back to when a woman simply disappeared on you. Sometimes they do that too.<\/p>\n

It could have been that you just weren\u2019t doing it for her. It could be a million things, but believe me, if you are rocking her world; she will stick around. So congratulations on being a MAN who is bettering yourself! You are reading this right now because you are becoming aware and engaged.<\/p>\n

No need to apologize!Seeking to please women is not a sign of weakness, but real strength. Understanding that you need to be constantly learning about women so that you can become a better lover is enlightened indeed.<\/p>\n

So where to start…<\/p>\n

You can scour bookstore shelves for all the latest in self-help, relationship, and sex advice. But maybe you still feel a little self-conscious about being seen doing some good old fashioned book learnin\u2019 with naked pictures of people doing naughty things. Especially if it is a pop-up book. Well thank God Al Gore invented the Internet! Okay, no, he didn\u2019t, but now we can search for just about anything we want and need to learn, from the comfort of our own homes. So you now have no excuse!<\/p>\n

You can find so much great information online it\u2019s ridiculously awesome. And, no, I do not mean Porn sites. That is false information. Fun to watch maybe, but not real and not good for what you need to learn.<\/p>\n

You need real, solid technique. A great place to start is right here with Carlos Xuma. He has done some great work on technique and I know he can help you. So look through his catalog of teachings and you will learn a lot. Then fan out from there. Search for other information, and definitely seek out some women teachers. Go to the source.<\/p>\n

Another great way to learn is to simply listen to your women. Talk to them. Ask them what they like in the bedroom (not while you are in the middle of it, because that makes you look clueless). Sit down with a nice glass of wine and talk about sex!<\/i><\/b> Women will open up to you and talk about what they like. They want to.<\/p>\n

They want you to make them feel incredible. The fact that you are taking the time to find out what turns them on, turns them on!<\/i> Remember, the sexiest organ of all is her mind. So start chatting them up, you won\u2019t be sorry.<\/p>\n

Once you start learning all about how to make her feel great using all your tools – penis, fingers, tongue, etc., don\u2019t forget about yourself. You need to be aware of what your body can do and keep it tuned up. We have all had those \u201cless than rigid\u201d man moments.<\/p>\n

If you haven\u2019t, you will, and it\u2019s almost always mental. Do not stress! If it\u2019s physical, there\u2019s always Viagra, but there are techniques to make you bigger, harder, and give you more stamina out there.<\/p>\n

So get out there, learn, enjoy, and experiment. Be open, honest, and listen to what she is saying before, during, and after sex. She will constantly give you clues. And seeking those out is half the fun. Enjoy the hunt.<\/p>\n
