Read on:<\/p>\n<p><strong>#1: Say NO to Judgment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sooner or later, you\u2019re going to realize that you and your lady are different people.<\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t just mean knowing it on an intellectual level, but actually <em>experiencing<\/em> your differences \u2013 and more importantly, argue over them.<\/p>\n<h2>This is a turning point in your relationship, and the best way to deal with this change is by keeping yourself in check.<\/h2>\n<p>When the arguments and power struggles come along, it\u2019s easy for doubt and anxiety to creep in.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll probably felt this yourself before &#8211; don\u2019t give in to these emotions.<\/p>\n<p>Even if she said or did something to get under your skin, she\u2019s not actually out to get you.<\/p>\n<p>Chances are you don\u2019t know her that well yet, so don\u2019t go handing out any judgments her based on what information you have.<\/p>\n<p>Stay calm, keep focused and look at the issue from all angles.<\/p>\n<p>Consider the possibility that you misread each other, which led to whatever you fought about. Don\u2019t jump the gun and accuse her of trying to \u201cget you\u201d without taking an objective look at the situation first.<\/p>\n<p>Remember when I mentioned how relationships shouldn\u2019t be overrun by negative feelings? This is one way to prevent that from happening to you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>#2: Take Control<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t mean acting in a possessive way towards your woman. There\u2019s a difference between being the dude who <em>stays in control <\/em>and being a <em>controlling person<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Ok, let\u2019s say you\u2019re having a fight and she\u2019s feeling emotionally flooded. Should you let that mess with your inner reality?<\/p>\n<p>Ask yourself: Would an Alpha Male allow something like that to lose his frame?<\/p>\n<p>Of course not, which is why you need to keep it together when \u201cit\u201d hits the fan.
