Most men I\u2019ve helped have felt that gut-deep fear of approaching women. They\u2019ve told me what it\u2019s like to walk up to a pretty girl and feel like they\u2019re wearing this big sign that says, \u201cPlease like me\u201d.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019ve ever felt this way yourself, then that\u2019s a good thing.<\/p>\n

It’s not because it’s healthy to think that a certain girl is better than you (i.e. “She’s out of my league”). However, that apprehension is actually constructive for two reasons.<\/p>\n

One, it keeps you on your toes and gives you the drive to succeed with women.<\/p>\n

Think about how you feel now; don\u2019t you want to do something about it so you\u2019ll STOP feeling that way?<\/p>\n

Second, you need to remember that guys who enjoy massive success in dating started at the exact SAME place where you are right now.<\/p>\n

How\u2019s that for motivation?<\/p>\n

Now, I wanted to let you in on a pretty nifty way to get your brain to overcome those mental barriers that are holding you back. When it comes to self-development in general (read: not just dating), a great deal of struggle occurs in the mind.<\/p>\n

And that\u2019s why you need to shed those self-sabotaging thoughts you might have about yourself. It\u2019s for this reason that you need to REPLACE them with empowering beliefs that will push you in the right direction.<\/p>\n

\"Article<\/a><\/p>\n

Wrap your mind around this:<\/p>\n

#1: Replace \u201cI\u2019m no good with women\u201d with \u201cI am attractive to women\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ok, you might think this is easier said than done, but let\u2019s break this down.<\/p>\n

First of all, you need to make this change on the INSIDE so that other people will perceive you in the way that you want. How can they believe that you\u2019re attractive if you don\u2019t believe it yourself?<\/p>\n

You can\u2019t wait for some outside factor to transform you into an attractive guy, like money or physical qualities. All those things are icing on the cake \u2013 the way you perceive yourself is what women REALLY pay attention to.<\/p>\n

There’s one sure-fire way to come across as a high-quality, self-respecting guy. And that\u2019s dropping the behaviors that make you look like you\u2019re kissing butt.<\/p>\n

FACT: groveling will undermine a person\u2019s respect for you.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yet, a lot of men keep doing it anyway and aren\u2019t aware of it. Usually, it\u2019s in the form of the \u201cOh-you\u2019re-so-beautiful-can-I-take-you-out\u201d vibe that guys put out.<\/p>\n

For instance, they love telling women how attractive they are, which is something they\u2019ve already heard a million times. It’s either that, or trying to get women a drink as an excuse to talk to them.<\/p>\n

These are supplicating behaviors that amount to following message:<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not attractive enough to talk to you, so I need to get on your good side with compliments and by bribing you.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

An attractive guy wouldn\u2019t dream of giving women that vibe. He\u2019d go in and approach them knowing that he\u2019s their equal – no matter how much he makes or how he looks.<\/p>\n

#2: Replace \u201cWomen find me boring\u201d with \u201cWomen think I\u2019m interesting\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Again, you need to toss those negative assumptions out the window, and there\u2019s a good reason for that. Why drag yourself down by thinking you won\u2019t be the most interesting guy she\u2019s met?<\/p>\n

There\u2019s no real evidence to support this belief in the first place. So it\u2019s better to assume that you are, in fact, an interesting guy regardless of the other men she met before you.<\/p>\n

Even if you don\u2019t feel this way, you need to act like it until you become the interesting guy you strive to be.<\/p>\n

Assuming that you\u2019re already<\/em> that guy will empower you with the attitudes needed to actually become HIM \u2013 it\u2019s a bit of a paradox, but it works.<\/p>\n

#3: Replace \u201cI don\u2019t feel comfortable approaching women\u201d with \u201cIt\u2019s OK to approach women \u2013 and like them\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Some guys might think that there\u2019s something inherently wrong with finding a girl attractive. Worse, they\u2019re afraid that acting on this feeling will come across as offensive or inappropriate.<\/p>\n

I get it \u2013 they don\u2019t want to overstep their boundaries with someone they like. But just remember that as men, we\u2019re biologically programmed to seek out an attractive partner.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s in our genes, and that basic mechanism is the reason why the human race is still around in the first place. So as long you respect a girl\u2019s boundaries, it\u2019s totally cool to find her attractive AND approach her.<\/p>\n

I realize that simply reading these statements won\u2019t turn you into the attractive guy you want to be. This is why you need to drive these thoughts deep enough into your mind until they become your reality.<\/p>\n

Try telling yourself these things right before you get out of bed and when you\u2019re about to hit the sack. But don\u2019t stop there \u2013 imagine what it would be like to be that successful guy acting on those beliefs.<\/p>\n

For example, create a scenario where you approached a beautiful girl, had a conversation with her and made plans to meet her again. Be as detailed as possible \u2013 think about how you acted, what she said and how you behaved all throughout.<\/p>\n

Using those empowering beliefs, work up an appetite for a successful future to the point where you can TASTE it.<\/p>\n

At the moment, your inner reality doesn\u2019t accurately reflect what\u2019s going on in your life.<\/h2>\n

Maybe a few bad experiences have convinced you that you\u2019re just not successful with women.<\/p>\n

But NOW is the time to take that belief and turn it on its head.<\/p>\n

You can, in fact, shape your inner reality to influence your actions in a positive way. Then, the resulting behaviors will help you shape the outcome you desire.<\/p>\n
